Caterpillar have developed a 100% ready Hydrogen Gas Genset , capable of producing 1.2MWe of electrical power and also 1.2MW of thermal. Caterpillar is pleased to announce hydrogen (H2) operation capability with the Cat® G3516H genset rated 1250ekW for 50Hz / 1232ekW for 60Hz. Caterpillar is looking for operational partnerships to develop this product and reach a wide range of end use applications through a field follow program for the 100% H2 demonstrator gensets.
