Webinar: Beyond the Grid: Clean Hydrogen Pathways for Data Centres Exploring Clean?

Hosted by Bord Gáis Energy, this session will explore how clean hydrogen microgrids can support resilient, sustainable data‑centre growth and reduce dependence on constrained grid capacity.

Clean hydrogen is emerging as the most promising alternative to grid dependency for data centres, offering autonomy, resilience, and sustainability. Real-world pilots in Ireland, Singapore, South Korea, and across Europe show that hydrogen is not just theoretical, it is already reshaping the future of digital infrastructure

This webinar forms part of Hydrogen Ireland’s coordinated programme of webinars, workshops, and our annual conference, developed to align with Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union (July–December 2026). Through this series, Hydrogen Ireland aims to mark this milestone and amplify Ireland’s hydrogen leadership and message to a global audience.
